90th State President

Allen Farley

Allen Farley is an Engineer with the Swainsboro Fire Department and serves as a Trainer for the Emmanuel County Fire Department. 

 

Allen served as the Swainsboro Jaycees Vice President of Community in 2015 and 2016 and as the President in 2017.  In 2018, he served as the local Vice President of Management and the 2019 Vice President of Membership for the state of Georgia.

Allen is married to Katrina and they have three children.  He is also an active member of Dellwood Baptist Church.

Chairman of the Board

Danielle Fields

Danielle Fields is currently a resident of Gray, GA. She graduated from Georgia College and State University in 2004 with her Bachelor's Degree and in 2017 with a Masters in Management Information Systems. Danielle is currently employed by the University System of Georgia Shared Services Center as an HRIS Analyst. 

In 2013, Danielle was named one of Georgia Trend Magazine's Top 40 Under 40.  She also participated in Leadership Baldwin, is an active member of New City Church Milledgeville and currently serves as the Treasurer for Stag Vets, Inc.

 

Danielle was the founding President of the Milledgeville Jaycees in 2014, helping to structure and develop a sustainable plan for fundraising for the Milledgeville Chapter, as well as establish relationships with the State and National Jaycees organization.  Danielle served as the State Vice President for Membership and Community Development in 2016 and as the President-Elect in 2017.  She also serves on the 2019 Strategic Planning Committee for JCI USA.

 

Danielle has been married to Michael Fields for 17 years and has four children and many animals. She enjoys spending time with family and taking care of the animals at her small homestead.

Lee Snow

Lee Snow of the Warm Springs Rd Church of Christ was raised in Arab, AL and holds a bachelor’s equivalent and post-graduate work from the Memphis School of Preaching.

 

He has been in ministry for over a decade now and is also a freelance graphic designer for churches, small businesses and non-profits.

 

Lee has served in the Jaycees since 2013, serving as chapter President of the Gray, GA and Columbus, GA chapters as well as being a charter member of the Columbus chapter in 2018. He was awarded the Georgia Jaycee of the Year for 2018 and is chairman of the 2019 National Debate Team for JCI USA. He is currently the Digital Innovations Program Manager for JCI USA working alongside the national executive committee.

In his new role, Lee is responsible for managing each individual chapter’s retention and recruitment initiatives.

 

He and his wife, Rebeka, are licensed foster parents and active advocates for children in the state of Georgia. They have two biological sons, Joshua and Matthew.

Vice President of Communications

Cynthia Cradduck

Cynthia Cradduck is the Junior Partner at Carriage Trade Public Relations and Cecilia Russo Marketing, where she oversees business development, manages the Visibility Team, and coordinates reputation management strategies for clients, media relations and online SEO-PR.

In 2018, Cynthia was named one of Georgia Trend Magazine's 40 Under 40. She was also named a Rising Star in Business by Savannah Magazine and Savannah Morning News in 2017.

Cynthia graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelors in Communications focusing on Public Relations. She is one of six students to receive L.E.A.P. certification, which recognizes PR professionals who have gone through Leadership, Experience in Communication, Academics, and Professionalism training. Cynthia also received a certification from the Dale Carnegie LIVE online training program, Getting Results Without Authority. She is a graduate from the Savannah Speechcraft for Professional Women course sponsored by Toastmasters International. In 2004, she earned national recognition at the International Student Media Festival for “Escape from Vietnam,” a website created by Cynthia and three of her peers.

She is a member of the Savannah Jaycees where she previously served as the President during the organization's 75th anniversary. Cynthia was also the Publicity Chairperson for the Savannah United in Prayer event held on September 11, 2016, in Forsyth Park by the Community Intercessors. Cynthia has additionally supported community relations efforts of the Ronald McDonald House Charities and currently serves as the Georgia Jaycees Vice President of Communications.

Treasurer

Chad Brown

Chad Brown is an owner and partner with The Tax Shelter, a CPA firm in Athens, GA Chad has experience serving the needs of business clients and individuals in all areas of income tax and consulting. Chad has extensive experience in business start up, business growth & consulting, and business valuation. Over the past 15 years Chad has started, owned, and operated several successful companies in the Athens area.

 

Chad graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. Chad has spent the last 15 years furthering his education and specializing in income tax and financial consulting. Chad is also a partner in a commercial cleaning business, Athens Cleaning Company, and owns a construction company for which he also holds as professional license as a residential and light commercial general contractor in the state of Georgia.

 

Chad has served 8 years as a board member of Athens Jaycees, served as President of Athens Jaycees in 2014, has served as Vice President of Finance for the Georgia Jaycees for the last 5 years, as the President-Elect in 2017, as the 88th State President in 2018 and currently serves as the Chairman of the Board for the Georgia Jaycees.
